We partnered with workspace design and build firm Rap Interiors on a school refurbishment project in Haringey, north London.
The project entailed redesigning two of Haringey Sixth Form College’s maths classrooms which had become tired after years of use. The design brief was to create a modern, practical and fun working environment that reflect the school’s colours. As part of the redesign, Rap Interiors configured the layout to accommodate six more students. In order to reduce the noise reverberation made by the additional students, we installed our Tetris panels in the college’s orange and grey colours.
Not only does the acoustic feature wall serve as a practical and visually arresting addition to the classroom, it also complements the other design features. Teamed with the suspended seagull panels, modern furniture solutions and new carpet, the maths classrooms offer students a vibrant and contemporary learning environment that will provide inspiration for years to come.
